Payment Conditions

The course fee can be paid in a single payment or in two installments. The second installment must be received by Sound University Europe no later than one month before the start of the Chill-Out Music Experience Workshop, unless otherwise agreed and confirmed by us in writing. If Sound University Europe has not received the final payment in due time, Sound University Europe reserves the right to postpone your booking and cancel and re-sell your reserved space for the Chill-out Music Experience Workshop.

All deposits are non-refundable but you have the right to use your deposit for the next available workshop or course given by Sound University Europe if your cancelation notice is received by Sound University Europe in writing  no later than 30 days before the start of  the workshop or before the due date on your invoice, whichever date comes first.

Complete withdrawal

Complete withdrawal of your attendance to the booked Chill-Out Music Experience Workshop is only possible until 35 days before the start of the workshop and has to be done in writing and be confirmed by Sound University Europe. Your down payment up to 50% will not be returned.

In the case of cancelation of the Chill-Out Music Experience Workshop by Sound University Europe due to unforeseen circumstances which may result in rescheduling the Chill-Out Music Experience Workshop, you can choose to either get your paid fees transferred back to you within 14 days of notice or you can use your deposit to reserve your space for a newly planned Chill-Out Music Experience Workshop or any other course given by Sound University Europe.

Course time lost due to lateness or illness cannot be made up and any further tuition will be charged at our standard hourly rates.

It is advised that students coming from outside the EC to take part in the Chill-out Music Experience Workshop to have (if applicable) all VISA requirements arranged before enrolling to the Chill-out Music Experience Workshop. Sound University Europe will not be liable  for any direct or indirect damages in case of not complying.
